Signed and completed ST1 form and Acceptance Letter. This will typically be emailed to you by your host university.

In addition to your original passport, you will also need copies of your passport (all pages & front/back covers- print in color)

Make sure to print out the receipt right after paying; you won’t be able to access the document at a later time

This is a separate form of payment. You can access the form here.

Print out hard copy. You will need this to check in at VFS office.

Document needs to show proof of 6280 DKK (~$4,000) in YOUR NAME. You can use a Bank Statement (within 30 days of appt) or Scholarship Letter.
